Common questions.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits have no expiry date — use them whenever you want, with no time pressure.
How does payment work?
You top up your wallet via Paddle — securely by card or bank transfer. Credits are available immediately after payment confirmation.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-use?
The API returns an error with an insufficient balance message. No operation is partially executed — credits are only charged for successfully completed calls.
Is there a free trial?
Registration is free, and after creating a Master Token, each account receives 100 free API testing credits. You can use these to familiarize yourself with the API and test it before purchasing a larger package.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All listed prices are net prices. VAT will be added in accordance with applicable regulations.
Can I use multiple API tokens?
Yes. You can create up to 5 API tokens for one account + your MASTER_TOKEN. They all use one shared wallet.
